About the Job:
- Support the entire Israeli payroll process including collecting, validating, and updating data in payroll systems in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality
- handling onboarding and terminations processes and paperwork.
- Continuous updates of Hilan payroll system and employee’s database.
- Act as a point of reference on payroll related questions and requests – in a professional and helpful manner.
- Successfully maintaining internal and external work interfaces – HR, Finance and Admin teams, Insurance Companies, official authorities etc.
Requirements:
- Certified Payroll Controller and attendance in tutorials and seminars - must.
- 2-3 years of experience in preparing/assisting payroll process.
- Proficiency with payroll-related systems and software –MS Excel (must), Hilan (preferable).
- Desire to learn and specialize in the fields of Israeli’s salary: personal income tax, labour laws and social benefits.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Hebrew.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, Customer service oriented.
- Strong personal ethics.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Motivated, fast learner, and responsible.
