Job Summary:

As the Patient Account Specialist, you serve as an ambassador for patients who call with questions regarding their billing statement.  

You will resolve any issues to ensure patients have a positive experience. You will verify insurance benefits as needed and identify enrollment issues and look at available coverage. 

In this role you will identify deductibles, out-of-pocket expenses, co-payments and other payor-driven items.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Must have medical billing or customer service experience in a physician, hospital, home health or hospice environment 
• Must reside within 60 miles of Toledo, OH 43604

Salary Range - $31,200 - $68,536
