Opportunities may include full-time, part-time, and PRN positions, with a variety of day, evening, night, and weekend schedules depending on location and department needs.
What Does Patient Access Do?
Our Patient Access team helps make sure patients have a smooth experience from the moment they connect with LCMC Health. Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
Patient registration and check-in
Scheduling appointments
Verifying insurance and demographic information
Collecting payments and discussing financial responsibilities
Obtaining required documentation and authorizations
Answering patient questions and helping patients navigate their care
Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you have experience in:
Patient Access or patient registration
Medical scheduling
Insurance verification
Medical office or front desk operations
Revenue cycle
Customer service
Hospitality, banking, retail, or other customer-facing roles
Healthcare experience is a plus, but don't count yourself out if you're looking to make the move into healthcare!
