We are seeking a Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Kamloops, BC.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with customers, and has a strong understanding of equipment parts and sales operations.
Job Description:
What You'll Do
As a Parts Sales Representative, you will play an important role in supporting our customers and operational teams by providing exceptional service and parts expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting all aspects of parts sales operations
Providing front counter sales support to customers
Supporting shop parts sales and internal service teams
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Sourcing and ordering used parts as required
Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
Participating in customer service, call quality, and performance initiatives
Assisting with inventory control and inventory management activities
Performing warehouse duties as required
Participating in health and safety initiatives
Supporting continuous improvement projects and special assignments
Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
Journeyperson Parts Certification
Previous parts sales experience
Caterpillar product knowledge
A positive attitude and strong commitment to customer service
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
A collaborative approach and commitment to building respectful working relationships
The ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Additional Information
This position is part of a unionized environment. Candidate selection will be conducted in accordance with the terms of the current Collective Agreement.
While this role is currently scheduled as a Monday to Friday, 40-hour per week position, future shift changes may occur and will be administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable Collective Agreement.
