Role Description

The Partnerships Ticketing Coordinator will report to the Global Partnerships Ticketing Analyst. You will also assist the wider global partnerships team with the day to day running of the international ticketing for shows touring across the European and APAC markets within partnership agreement.

One of the roles of Global Partnerships Ticketing Analyst is to create and manage reports from different ticket agents within the partnership agreement and analyse ticket sales, the Partnerships Ticketing Coordinator will have the same core goal.

This is a data Intensive role supporting the Global Partnerships Ticketing Analyst with sales reporting, data collation and will require a head for numbers, spreadsheets, reporting tools and a keen eye for detail. There will be lots of growth and development opportunities within the world of data and partnerships after a period of time.

Who you are

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

• Some ticketing experience required
• Excellent numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail and advanced level using Excel
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage a heavy workload during peak seasons
• Excellent literacy skills with a proven ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues up to Executive board-level
• Strong attention to detail
• Combines analytical thinking with creativity to help with problem-solving
• Ability to develop new skills and adapt easily
• Familiarity with SQL and Tableau is highly preferred
• An interest in AI and emerging technologies, with enthusiasm for exploring and developing AI-powered tools, automations and workflows that can improve ticketing operations, data analysis, reporting and team efficiency.

What the role includes

• To collate and report all tour sales figures within the partnership agreements once a week and during on sale periods

• To collate previous tour data for analysing purposes

• To collate Inventory and Sales data in order to know the delivery of the partnerships

• Contribute to the on-going development of our reporting processes – with emphasis on AI development

• General assisting and other tasks to aid the department
