Role Overview:
As Partnerships & Network Manager, you will own the growth, performance, economics, and commercialisation of iPiD's global partner network. You will be responsible for expanding coverage, managing strategic partner relationships, improving validation success rates and network economics, identifying new regulatory and anti-fraud data sources, and driving partner implementations from onboarding through to production. Sitting within the Product team, this role is critical to ensuring iPiD continues to offer a broad, reliable, and commercially competitive global partner network.
Responsibilities:
- Grow iPiD's global account validation coverage by identifying, negotiating, and onboarding new network partners, while building resilience through alternative and backup providers.
- Own relationships with network partners, including commercial negotiations, performance management, ongoing reviews, and partnership development.
- Optimise network economics through supplier negotiations, pricing reviews, and alternative sourcing strategies while maintaining quality and coverage.
- Be accountable for network performance, availability, response quality, validation success rates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop network-related sales enablement materials, coverage documentation, market insights, and competitive positioning to support commercial growth.
- Monitor developments in account verification, fraud prevention, and payment regulations, identifying new regulatory and anti-fraud data sources that strengthen network capabilities.
- Lead the end-to-end partner implementation lifecycle, from onboarding and integration through to production launch, working closely with Product, Engineering, and external partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, network management, product, payments, fintech, or related fields.
- Strong commercial and relationship management skills.
- Experience negotiating with external providers and managing partner performance.
- Good understanding of payments, account verification, fraud prevention, or financial services ecosystems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different regions.
- Proven experience managing external partners or vendor relationships.
- Experience working in a global and cross-functional environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently identify opportunities, drive initiatives, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable working with technical teams and managing implementation projects.
- Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (hybrid working arrangement required) or remotely within Europe.
- Must be legally authorised to work in the country of residence.
