The Problem:

Federal lending reforms have created a significant market shift. In July 2026, new caps on federal graduate loans, including the elimination of Grad PLUS for new students, came into effect leaving millions of students with significant funding gaps. Students need transparent, competitive private options, exactly what Juno provides.

Your mission: 

We're seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our graduate team. Our vertical leads drive volume through partnerships — with schools, student organizations, prep companies, and creators — and every one of those partnerships comes with setup, deliverables, events, and follow-through. You'll own that layer, so the leads can spend their time on the deals that actually move volume.

What you’ll do:

• Own partnership setup: Get new partnerships live — onboarding, tracking links, assets, and deliverable schedules — so nothing stalls between signed and launched
• Activate and manage existing partnerships: Keep a calendar of every deliverable we owe and are owed, chase what's late, and flag what's underperforming
• Coordinate events end to end: Webinars, campus events, and conference presence — logistics, scheduling, materials, and follow-up
• Be the glue with marketing and design: Turn vertical leads' needs into clear requests for our central marketing and design resources, and shepherd them to done
• Keep the system of record clean: Partner contacts, terms, deliverables, and performance tracked well enough that anyone on the team could pick it up
• Flex into conversion during peak: When application season lands, shift into conversion campaigns — outreach, follow-ups, and member support across the funnel
• Use AI as a multiplier: Draft partner comms, build trackers, and QA deliverables with AI tools — and catch it when the output is wrong

Compensation: $60k–$80k including performance upside tied to growth milestones.

What We’re Looking For

• Background: Typically 0–2+ years in an operations, coordination, project management, or client-facing role; recent grads with a strong internship track record are welcome
• Organized to a fault: You juggle many threads at once and drop none of them. You keep the tracker current because it's how you think, not because someone asked
• Strong written communication: Most of this job is clear, prompt, professional messages to partners and teammates
• Follow-through you can set a watch by: You close loops without being reminded, and people learn they never need to check on something twice
• Comfort with tools: Spreadsheets, CRMs, and project trackers — and you already use AI in your daily work
• Comfort with seasonality: our year has a peak. You plan for it months ahead and go all-in when it lands.
• Tenacity: we work as hard as it takes to achieve our targets.
