About Suno
We're building the world's first creative entertainment platform, where the entire world can feel the joy and fulfillment of making music. Building the future of entertainment requires ambition. The pace is fast, the problems are hard, and the work demands ownership and intensity. For the right people, it’s incredibly rewarding: a chance to shape a new medium, work with a small team that cares deeply about quality, make music, drink too much coffee, and build something that millions of people use to express themselves in ways that were never before possible.
Suno is the fastest growing consumer entertainment company and the leader in AI music. We are backed by leading investors including Bond Capital, Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, IVP, Forerunner, Union Square Ventures, Alkeon, Quiet, Matrix Partners, Schroders Capital and, NVentures (venture arm of NVIDIA).
About the Role
Suno is building its relationships with partners to create new and unique musical experiences that our technology makes possible. We're exploring how we can work across studios, agencies, education, health and wellness, and consumer platforms — companies finding new ways to collaborate, tell stories, learn, heal, and bring generative music into products people already love. The agreement is the starting line. What matters is what partners are able to build, how well we support them along the way, and what we learn from them; that is where this role lives. You'll own the operational and relationship layer: onboarding partners, helping them actively explore how to use the product, gathering and synthesizing their feedback, and leaving behind the process and materials the team can build on. You'll work day to day with our Growth and Commercial Strategy leads, Product Manager, and Product Marketing Manager. You'll be the person partners hear from most. This is a hands-on role supporting partners across a wide range of industries in a new business, with no established playbook. It is a three-month contract engagement starting immediately, with the possibility of converting to a full-time role for the right fit.
What You'll Do
Design and run onboarding for beta partners, from account and access setup through kickoff, enablement, and billing, while creating repeatable processes as you go
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for partners, fielding questions, coordinating with Engineering and Support on issues, and driving them to resolution
Manage program logistics and tracking, improving our existing partner tracker so that partner status, open issues, and next steps are always clear to the team
Build strong relationships with partners and drive adoption, monitoring usage and proactively re-engaging partners whose integrations have stalled
Collect partner feedback through a consistent cadence of check-ins, identify patterns across the cohort, and translate them into actionable input for Product and Marketing
Keep partners warm and informed with regular updates on roadmap, milestones, and new capabilities
Support the commercial motion alongside the Growth and Commercial Strategy leads, including qualifying inbound interest, preparing for partner conversations, and keeping evaluation and contracting steps moving with Legal and Finance
Cultivate partner advocacy with Product Marketing, including case studies and reference commitments
What You'll Need
4+ years in customer success, partner operations, technical account management, or program management, ideally supporting partners at an early-stage company
Experience owning post-sale relationships end to end, including onboarding, adoption, and renewal conversations
Enough technical fluency to be credible with a technical audience — comfortable with API concepts, documentation, and understanding an issue well enough to escalate it clearly
Strong project management and organizational skills, with comfort holding many partners, deadlines, and open threads at once
Ability to create lightweight process and materials where none exist, and improve what's already there
Excellent written and verbal communication, with good judgment about what to escalate and when
Comfort operating with ambiguity and high autonomy in a fast-moving environment, and availability to start immediately
Strongly Preferred
Experience with a beta, design partner, or early access program
Background in creative tooling, media and entertainment, or developer platforms
