Our North America team is looking for a driven person with at least 3 years of professional experience to support us in our mission. You’ll be part of the NA-Enrollment Based Partnerships (EBP) team that works with more than 100 universities across the region and is one of our most successful divisions at Studyportals. You’ll be integral to the growth of this very important region. You’ll enjoy working independently but also thrive within a team of fellow Partnership Success Managers and Partnership Success Assistants from teams around the world. You will report to the North America EBP- Team Leader. 

Responsibilities 

Are you passionate about international education, driven to build win-win relationships, and eager to bring an industry-changing business model to the market? 

As Partnership Success Manager, you will have ownership of several university clients. You will work directly with universities on their student recruitment goals, supporting their efforts and improving our collaboration so they see results. You will be confident in presenting results, attending meetings (in person and virtual) so your communication skills should be excellent.  

You’ll be intrinsically motivated to understand how international student recruitment works across the globe, engaging with the wider Partnership Success Manager network and diving into data with our Analytics and Consulting Team (ACT). You’ll be happy to get to grips with our systems and processes, be forthcoming with ideas on areas to improve, champion change and ultimately be an asset to Studyportals as a whole.  

• Implementation, development, evaluation, and renewal of enrollment-based partnership campaigns, owning the full cycle of the client journey 
• Strategic client consultancy on questions of international student recruitment and digital higher ed trends and best practices 
• Sharing intelligence with clients such as projections & engagement reports  
• Enrollment data processing and quality assurance 
• Growth of the collaboration with clients and different universities representatives and this might include travel and coordinate visits to the universities 
• Seek growth opportunities that provide a better ROI for both universities and Studyportals 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications (or any other relevant field)) 
• Based in Monterrey, Mexico.   
• At least 3 years of work experience in a client-facing role (Ideal experience in sales/account management or commercial roles) 
• (Near) native level of English (both written and spoken) 
• Great communication skills that allow you to create strong professional relationships 
• The ability to work in a team and independently    
• Organizational, time-management skills and can work under pressure 
• Strong Excel skills and be confident in using internal systems and software 
• Detail-oriented with notable analytical and critical thinking skills. You’ll be comfortable with numbers and be confident to report your findings   
• You are a team player, comfortable with an international environment, committed to both hard work and fun 
• You are keen on developing yourself both professionally and as an individual  

• It’s desirable to have experience or knowledge of the Higher Education industry 
• It’s desirable if you can speak another language besides English and Spanish 
• Bonus points if you have international experience
