We are seeking an execution-focused Partner Network Manager to scale and optimize our manufacturing supplier ecosystem in India. In this critical role, you will expand the local supply base, drive rigorous partner performance, and optimize capacity across core manufacturing processes to fulfill both domestic and global demand.
- Experience: 5–8 years total experience, including 2–3 years of strategy consulting experience plus 3–5 years in supply network management, B2B marketplace leadership, or B2C e-commerce leadership.
- Industry Capability: Hands-on experience scaling supplier networks in India with solid operational knowledge of key manufacturing technologies (e.g., CNC, Injection Molding, Sheet Metal).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing and developing cross-functional operational or supplier management teams.
- Languages & Mobility: Fluent in English (proficiency in local Indian languages is a plus); willing to travel up to 25% domestically.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a high-growth technology or digital marketplace company.
- Familiarity with digital manufacturing platforms or Industry 4.0 concepts.
- Operational background in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
