About the Job
As Partner Retail District Manager, France, you will drive the commercial performance and growth of a portfolio of franchise partners across one of our largest European markets. Acting as a trusted business advisor, you will use retail expertise, commercial insight and strong relationship management skills to identify opportunities, develop action plans and help partners achieve sustainable growth while delivering a consistently strong Levi's® consumer experience.
Working closely with franchise partners and cross-functional teams, you will influence business decisions across sales, assortment, inventory, store operations and brand execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the commercial performance of an assigned portfolio of franchise partners and stores.
- Analyze sales and operational KPIs to identify opportunities, risks and performance drivers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, acting as their primary business contact.
- Lead regular business reviews and create action plans to improve sales, profitability and productivity.
- Influence partner decisions through data-driven recommendations and commercial insight.
- Support partners in optimizing assortment, inventory management and store productivity.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams to support commercial initiatives and resolve business challenges.
- Ensure consistent execution of Levi's® brand standards and consumer experience across the store portfolio.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, identify opportunities and provide coaching and feedback.
- Support store openings, relocations, refurbishments and other network development projects.
- Share best practices and successful initiatives across the partner retail network.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in retail, franchise management, district management, key account management or a similar commercial role.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, business performance drivers and P&L management.
- Proven ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Commercially minded with a strong track record of driving sales and profitable growth.
- Skilled at building trusted relationships and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented and comfortable working independently.
- Strong planning, prioritisation and project management skills.
- Experience within fashion, apparel, lifestyle or consumer retail environments is highly desirable.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, District Manager or Key Account Manager would be an advantage.
- Passion for retail, consumers and the Levi's® brand.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Willing to travel extensively across France (approximately 50-70% of the time).
This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across France.
The expected salary range for this role is €52,600 - €70,100 gross per year. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs. Salary ranges may vary by location and currency. Where roles are advertised across multiple locations, local ranges will apply.
