Part Time In-Home Nanny – Jacksonville, FL

A loving family in the Jacksonville, FL area (32224) is seeking a dependable and warm part-time in-home caregiver for their 15-month-old child. This position begins Labor Day week or as soon as possible thereafter, with guaranteed weekday evening hours and the opportunity for additional weekend/evening babysitting.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Up to 15 hours per week guaranteed, with options for additional weekend/evening hours up to 20 hours per week total, if preferred by care provider

Family Specifications:

• Supportive, family-focused home environment prioritizing safe, engaged early childhood development
• A family-provided vehicle will be available for child transportation needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe transport from daycare (located 2 miles from the home) to the family's house
• Deliver attentive, engaging evening childcare tailored to a 15-month-old's developmental needs
• Prepare meals for the child (and assist with light family evening meal prep and cleanup/tidying)
• Assist with the evening bedtime routine to ensure a smooth, comfortable transition for the child

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate the family-provided vehicle
• Proven experience in infant/toddler childcare

Preferred:

• CPR and First Aid certification

Compensation:

• $22–$24 per hour
