Part Time Caregiver/House Manager– Washington, D.C. 

A family in Washington, D.C. 20016 is seeking a regular, long-term part-time caregiver to care for their 2 children, ages 10 and 5. The family is looking for a dependable and nurturing individual to assist with daily care, transportation, and support the busy household. 

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM; and every other Friday 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (optional) 
• Start Date: ASAP

Family Specifications:

• Smoke-free home
• Pet-free home

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, engaging care for the girls. 
• Handle daily needs including feeding and light food prep, engaging play, and household errands. 
• Light housekeeping related to the children's care throughout the day
• Transport children to and from activities and appointments, and home from school as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with children preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications required
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance required

Compensation:

• $25–$35 per hour (Payment made via standard payroll (no cash payments, must be comfortable with on the books payment)
