We are looking for a paralegal to join our Employment Legal Team based in Osterley. You'll be part of a growing team and provide complete support on employment legal matters to Sky's UK&I workforce base of over 30,000 people. You will have a particular focus on managing Sky's employment tribunal caseload with a team of paralegals and legal counsel - with significant responsibility and autonomy over decision making on cases, and opportunities to develop stakeholder management and advocacy skills.

What you'll do:

• Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law.
• Carry out employment tribunal work
• Support to the team on other employment matters
• Provide support to HR on employment queries
• Support with training and legal updates

What you'll bring:

Essential requirements:

• Employment law experience within a highly regarded law firm or equivalent in-house
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
