Your Day to day 

As a Paid Media Specialist (Programmatic & Display), you will be working on

• Lead display and programmatic strategy and execution across The Trade Desk, Google Demand Gen, and other DSPs and display networks, driving qualified demand for our IT products.
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns end to end, including audience and contextual targeting, retargeting, bidding, frequency, and inventory selection.
• Manage budgets and pacing, adjusting as performance shifts to maximize ROI, pipeline, and revenue.
• Run an experimentation roadmap (A/B, multivariate, incrementality, holdout, creative, and landing page tests) and share learnings through playbooks.
• Develop first-party and third-party audience strategies, including account-based and lookalike audiences, with marketing operations and analytics.
• Partner with creative, web, product marketing, marketing operations, and analytics to improve messaging, conversion paths, lead quality, and attribution.
• Monitor traffic quality, viewability, brand safety, and invalid traffic, and address issues promptly.
• Report on efficiency, pipeline, and revenue, turning data into clear recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and advertising policies (GDPR, CCPA, consent management).

What We’re Looking For 

As a Paid Media Specialist (Programmatic & Display), your background will look like

• 3+ years managing display and programmatic campaigns, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with The Trade Desk and Google Demand Gen (or Google Display & Video 360), including campaign build, targeting, bidding, and optimization.
• Demonstrated results driving pipeline or revenue growth while improving efficiency (ROAS, cost per qualified lead).
• Experience managing budgets and pacing against pipeline, revenue, or ROAS goals.
• Fluency in English and the ability to present results clearly to a variety of audiences.
• Experience running structured A/B and multivariate tests and turning results into next steps.
• Analytical skills with Excel or similar tools, GA4, and a BI tool such as Looker or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of pixels, UTMs, tag management, and CRM or marketing automation (Salesforce, Marketo, or similar).
• Initiative, accountability, and a collaborative approach in an evolving environment.
• English proficiency (B2 level or higher), with the ability to collaborate, communicate, and write in a professional environment
• Nice to have: experience with ABM or intent-data platforms (such as 6sense), native, connected TV, or audio channels, or marketing B2B, IT, SaaS, or remote support solutions.
