Occupational Therapist – Paediatrics
Brisbane South, QLD

Not every paeds role needs to feel rushed, KPI-driven, or purely clinic-based.
This one is built a little differently.

We’re working with a well-established allied health provider that focuses on doing good work with the right support around you. The pace is realistic, the team is collaborative, and your clinical judgement is genuinely valued.

The Role
This is a paediatric-focused position supporting children across early intervention and school-aged caseloads. You’ll have flexibility in how your week is structured—clinic, community, or a blend—depending on what suits your style of practice.

What makes this role stand out:

• Time to build rapport with families—not just back-to-back sessions
• Flexibility to structure your day and caseload
• Strong team culture with experienced clinicians around you
• Support with resources, assessments, and admin
• Opportunity to develop niche interests (sensory, developmental delays, ASD, etc.)

Your day-to-day may include:

• Working with children with developmental delays, ASD, and sensory needs
• Functional and play-based assessments
• Therapy sessions in clinic, home, or school settings
• Collaborating closely with parents, carers, and educators
• Contributing to a team that shares ideas and supports each other

What you’ll bring:

• AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience or strong interest in paediatrics
• Warm, engaging communication style with children and families
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to a team
