Job Profile Summary:
- Directs and manages reliability standards pertaining to the materials and techniques used in design and production
- Directs and manages a research or technical design function for electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry
- Directs and controls a mechanical system and equipment design function
- Manages all phases of a product from market definition acknowledgement through production and release.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all of the technical resources at our site that develop and productize our power packaging portfolio (design engineering and process engineering)
- Standardize our development methodologies
- Drive execution excellence
- Drive innovation through technology to the product level
- Increase Wolfspeed visibility and recognition as a technology leader in SiC power packaging and power modules
- Be a motivational and inspirational leader to the team
