As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. This role requires overseeing the configuration processes, managing integrations with various systems, and coordinating release activities to ensure smooth deployment. The position also involves establishing and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across multiple teams and proactive problem-solving are integral to driving the success and evolution of the solutions under your leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and delivery efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project goals and timely resolution of challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of configuration management and integration techniques within packaged or software as a service environments.
- Experience in setting and enforcing platform standards to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Ability to manage release cycles and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless deployments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues affecting both the immediate team and broader organizational units.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
