Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. This includes managing the configuration settings, overseeing system integrations, and coordinating software releases to ensure seamless deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive the evolution of the software platform is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring the solution remains robust and scalable.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and delivery.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and improve team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience in designing and developing scalable microservices architectures using Spring Boot framework.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies for Software as a Service applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in distributed environments.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines
Knowledge of multithreading, Solid principles and annotations

Must Have:
Java (Core)
Spring Framework (Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring DAO including Spring JDBC and Spring ORM)
Hibernate
REST API development
Java Design Patterns
Microservices architecture
React.js (for full-stack or integration tasks)
Nice to Have:
Docker & Kubernetes (containerization and orchestration)
Azure Cloud Services
CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Ansible)
Database experience: PostgreSQL, Oracle

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our client's Pune office in Kharadi with 3 days RTO
- A 15 years full time education is required.
