Sentara Pace (Program of All- Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Manager, Recreational Therapist Activities.

Position Status: Full Time, Days, M-F, 8am-4:30pm

Position Location: Norfolk, VA

Overview

Responsible for the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluation, directing and coordinating approved Activities Program for participants of the Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and the policies and procedures of Sentara PACE and Sentara Health.

Education

• Bachelor Level Degree (Required)

Certification/Licensure

• BLS
• Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist
• Driver's License

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $69,617.60 - $102,315.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
