We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented having Workday Report Writer experience to join the P&O Data & Reporting team. This role will support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday reports and dashboards that enable data-driven decision making across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR data, reporting, and analytics, with the ability to translate business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Workday Reporting & Analytics

• Create, maintain, and enhance Workday custom reports, advanced reports, matrix reports, and dashboards.

• Support the development of reporting solutions based on business requirements from P&O stakeholders.

• Assist in troubleshooting report issues and resolving data discrepancies.

• Perform report testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

• Support report scheduling, distribution, and maintenance activities.

Data Quality & Governance

• Conduct regular data validation and reconciliation activities.

• Identify data quality issues and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution.

• Ensure reporting solutions comply with company security and confidentiality requirements.

• Maintain and update documentation for report and dashboard changes, ensuring clear tracking of enhancements, modifications, and business requirements

Stakeholder Support

• Provide reporting support to P&O teams, COEs, and business stakeholders.

• Assist users in understanding available reports and dashboard functionality.

• Support self-service reporting initiatives through documentation and knowledge sharing.

• Participate in user training sessions and reporting awareness initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.

• Contribute to reporting standardization and documentation efforts.

• Support enhancement initiatives that improve reporting efficiency and user experience.

• Maintain knowledge of new Workday reporting features and best practices.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in HR reporting, people analytics, data reporting, or similar analytical roles.

• Experience with Workday reporting.

• Fresh graduates with relevant internships or Workday certification may also be considered.

Technical Skills

• Proper understanding of Workday reporting concepts.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).

• Experience with reporting and dashboard tools.

• Understanding of HR data and organizational structures.

• Knowledge of data validation and quality assurance techniques.

• Understanding of Workday Prism analytics is an advantage.
