Job Summary
The salary range for this position is $500,000 to $600,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization. Mass General Brigham is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Board Certified or Board Eligible Adult Reconstruction Orthopedic Surgeon to join our well-established practice based in Northampton, Massachusetts, with clinic locations in Amherst and Hatfield. This role offers the best of both worlds: community-based practice with the reach, resources, and standards of an integrated Mass General Brigham system.

Qualifications
What You’ll Do
- Join a high-performing orthopedic service line with subspecialty depth in Sports Medicine, Shoulder, Hand, Foot & Ankle, Total Joint Replacement, and Arthroscopic Joint Preservation—supported by an on-site non-surgical sports medicine physiatrist.
- Practice shoulder-to-shoulder with a collaborative team of 6 orthopedic surgeons, a physiatrist, and 7 Advanced Practice Providers in a newly expanded, state-of-the-art facility designed to support efficient, team-based care.
- Share in a supportive general orthopedic call schedule (currently 1:6) with a collegial group committed to balanced coverage.
