As an Oracle PMO - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting group, specializing in consulting services for various business applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Oracle practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills across Oracle applications to deliver impactful solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. This role requires you to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use critical thinking to break down complex concepts.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and grow personal skills
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
- Developing training materials to enhance client understanding and application usage
- Implementing technology solutions to support business process modeling and standardization
- Managing systems project management tasks to validate timely delivery and budget adherence
- Integrating emerging technologies to innovate and improve business applications
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Navigating complex Oracle ERP implementations and integrations
