Avnet Logistics Bernburg

A high-performance distribution center with several logistics hall sections and upstream social and administration buildings is being built on a site area of approx. 190,000 m². A total of 56,000 m² of logistics space, 4,600 m² of office space and a product processing center (PMC) with an area of approx. 1,100 m² will be created in the first construction phase. Possible expansion areas are planned.

A total of around 700 jobs are to be created here by 2031. Following the start of construction in September 2022 and the topping-out ceremony in November 2023, gradual commissioning is planned from the second half of 2024. In spring 2025, up to 19,000 parcels are to be delivered here every day to over 30,000 customers worldwide. The location in Bernburg (Saale) complements the company's two existing European distribution centers in Tongeren, Belgium, and Poing near Munich.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Wareneingangsbuchungen, Annahme von Retouren und Reklamationen
• Problembehandlung bei intern auftretenden Komplikationen (z.B. Beschädigung der Ware) gemäß gültiger Arbeitsanweisung (SOP) und PRN-Codierung durch Avnet EMEA
• Reklamationsbearbeitung im Customer Complaint Tracking Tool von Avnet EMEA (CTT-Tool) (ausschließlich in Englisch)
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller qualitativen und ESD-bezogenen Anforderungen an Produkte und deren Handhabung
• Berücksichtigung von Qualitäts-, Umwelt-, Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
• Auskunftsfähigkeit zu Prozessen und Abläufen im Rahmen von Zertifizierungen und Auditierungen
• Bedienung von Flurförderzeugen oder PC-Arbeiten (z. B. Abfrage von Kundenanweisungen, Artikelbesonderheiten) je nach Einsatzbereich

Was wir uns wünschen:

• Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung in Logistik oder Produktion von Vorteil
• Teamfähigkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft
• Konzentrationsfähigkeit, sorgfältiges und sauberes Arbeiten
• Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse
• Zusatzqualifikationen wünschenswert: Führerschein Klasse B, Gabelstaplerschein, Logistik-, Fremdsprachenkenntnisse o.ä.
