Key Responsibilities:

• Direct, maintain and improve overall operational effectiveness in Apple Developer Academy

• Develop overall planning, implementation and evaluate effective operations strategies in Apple Developer Academy

• Ensure excellent support for teaching & learning operational process in in Apple Developer Academy 

• Direct and Manage day-to-day operational activity in Operations area

• Monitor overall process of academy’s finance, legal, IT, marketing and student affairs

• Provide direct supervision for all operations and administrative staff

• Develop policy and standard quality of operation for effective services implementation (i.e., budget, procurement, vendor management, student contracts, facility management, admission process, device delivery).

• Initiate and enhance relationship with stakeholders, local community and global community via Apple Developer Academy

• Design and implement administrative processes that align with Binus, Apple, and the government's policies

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor.

• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost). 

• Perform activities related to Quality Management System

• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.

Key Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)

• Minimum 3 years working experience in managerial level, or Minimum 10 years working experience 

• Proven experience in managing an education-related organization 

• Proven experience in people management.

• Proven experience in operational leadership, including planning, leading, organizing, and monitoring teamwork to ensure successful and on-time project completion.

• Proven experience in managing budgets.

• Ability to collaborate with employees and external partners.

• Problem-solving ability to resolve issues or conflicts with multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to effectively communicate the needs and objectives of the academy to different stakeholders.

• Proficient in Bahasa and English, both verbal and written communication

• Experience in education-related organisation and corporate environments
