The Operations Program Manager (OPM) serves as the operational leader, accountable for manufacturing readiness and operational performance across assigned programs and value streams. Operating within the RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) framework, this role serves as the primary Operations focal point to ensure predictable delivery of quality, cost, and schedule commitments. The Operations Program Manager owns operational outcomes and execution alignment, working through Production Coordinators, Cell Supervisors, PP&C, and functional leaders to ensure commitments are met.

Safeguards manufacturing performance outcomes (quality, schedule, cost, productivity) across assigned programs and value streams. Creates production build plans in accordance with customer requirements, production cell capacity, manufacturing procedures, and acceptance test plans.

Leads cross-functional resolution of material, capacity, and logistics issues; while the OPM does not perform transactional scheduling or expediting, it collaborates with supply chain, SIOP, quality, engineering, production coordination, and finance teams to identify risks and develop plans that support the program.
