Buscamos un(a) Operations Leader para liderar la operación de Chile y fortalecer la ejecución de la estrategia del negocio, garantizando altos niveles de servicio, eficiencia operativa y colaboración con equipos regionales en Latinoamérica, en importante compañía de seguros y servicios con rápido crecimiento.

Principales responsabilidades

• Liderar la estrategia y ejecución operacional para Chile. 
• Supervisar áreas de Servicio al Cliente, Claims, Fulfillment, Billing y operaciones de soporte. 
• Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua, optimización de procesos y excelencia operativa. 
• Colaborar con equipos regionales de Operaciones, Tecnología, Supply Chain y áreas comerciales en LATAM. 
• Gestionar presupuestos, indicadores de desempeño, riesgos operacionales y controles de calidad. 
• Liderar, desarrollar e inspirar equipos de alto desempeño en un entorno matricial y multicultural. 

Requisitos

• Más de 8 años de experiencia liderando equipos en áreas de Operaciones, Transformación, customer service, service delivery o business operations, en compañías de seguros. 
• Experiencia gestionando equipos y stakeholders en organizaciones matriciales. 
• Sólida capacidad analítica, orientación a resultados y liderazgo de cambio. 
• Experiencia administrando presupuestos y KPIs operacionales. 
• Título profesional en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas, Tecnología de la Información o carrera afín. 
• Inglés avanzado, tanto oral como escrito.
