The Operations Analyst is primarily responsible for the monitoring and capture of tax information and data related to issuance of structured fixed income securities. You would use a variety of tools including web scraping scripts, change detection tools, and manual monitoring to identify and capture tax details and data from publicly available regulatory filings.

Responsibilities:

• Performs extremely detailed and thorough reviews, ensuring that all content produced is timely and accurate.

• Performs searches on pre-determined websites for regulatory filings (Prospectuses, Pricing Supplements, etc.).

• Performs ad hoc, search engine-based queries for regulatory filings.

• Identifies and extracts key data points and tables from regulatory filings.

• Verifies automated identification performed by internal systems.

• Handles escalations regarding content issues and accuracy internally.

• Provides high-quality work products on time (within project scope, schedule, and budget) and without defects. Reports immediately any impediments that put a deadline at risk.

• Manages administrative requirements, including timely submission of timesheets/billings, and adheres to CCOE deadlines.

Requirements:

• Financial industry professional designations and/or legal background desirable.(preferred, not required).

• Must be analytical and detail oriented.

• Must have strong organizational skills.

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluency in English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
