Operational Account Owner – Customs Control Tower

Vi söker en engagerad och lösningsorienterad Operational Account Owner till vårt Customs Control Tower.

Om rollen

Som Operational Account Owner är du en viktig kontaktpunkt för våra kunder och ansvarar för att följa upp den operativa leveransen, hantera kundfrågor och driva förbättringar tillsammans med interna och externa samarbetspartners.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

• Vara operativ kontaktperson för kunden och lokala tullombud.
• Bygga och utveckla goda kundrelationer.
• Följa upp KPI:er, ärenden och aktiviteter.
• Genomföra regelbundna operativa kundmöten.
• Identifiera och driva förbättringar inom processer och system.
• Koordinera med interna och externa intressenter.
• Hantera kundfrågor och säkerställa att problem eskaleras till rätt funktion.
• Säkerställa att kundens behov och operativa utmaningar hanteras inom Customs Control Towers ansvarsområde.

Vem söker vi?

Vi söker dig som är kundorienterad, kommunikativ, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad och som trivs med att ta ansvar och driva frågor framåt.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

• 1–3 års erfarenhet av Customs Control Tower-administration eller operativ tullhantering.
• God generell system- och IT-förståelse.
• Förmåga att analysera operativa resultat och identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter.
• Mycket god kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga.
