What you will do 

As an intern, you'll be a fully integrated member of a project team, working alongside colleagues and clients on real business challenges from day one. You'll contribute to meaningful client work, gain firsthand consulting experience, and develop the skills that will support your future career. 

• Contribute to client projects through research, analysis, problem-solving, and the development of client recommendations and deliverables. 

• Work alongside experienced consultants, participating in team discussions and client interactions to gain firsthand consulting experience. 

• Receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback while collaborating with colleagues across industries and capabilities.

Who can apply? 

• Students currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and expected to graduate within the next year. We welcome students from all academic backgrounds.

• Strong academic performance and demonstrated intellectual curiosity. 

• Prior internships in consulting-relevant environments (other consultancies, in-house consultancies, or in industries we advise such as banking and financial services, private equity, transportation, etc.). 

• Individuals who display initiative, creativity, adaptability, and a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. 

• Evidence of leadership positions, teamwork, entrepreneurship, extracurricular involvement, or other meaningful achievements is highly valued. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. 

• Language skills: Business fluency in German and English.
