Key Responsibilities:

Retail Marketing & Store Business Support

• Drive retail marketing initiatives that support store business performance and customer engagement
• Partner with Store Operations and Store Managers to identify opportunities that improve traffic, conversion and customer experience
• Conduct regular store visits and translate observations into actionable retail marketing recommendations
• Monitor store performance and evaluate the effectiveness of retail marketing activities

Festive Promotions & Retail Activations

• Lead retail activation and execution planning for selected festive campaigns and seasonal promotions
• Bring seasonal campaigns and product stories to life through impactful in-store experiences
• Develop activation ideas that increase product visibility, customer engagement and store performance
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements for future activations.

New Store & Mall Marketing

• Plan and execute new store opening campaigns and launch activities
• Develop local marketing initiatives and mall partnership opportunities
• Build strong relationships with malls and external partners

Retail Communication & Operations

• Coordinate retail marketing materials, POSM and vendor execution to ensure quality and timely implementation
• Manage and coach a part-time team member, delegating routine administrative, logistics and coordination tasks
• Drive workflow improvements across Marketing, Store Operations and external vendors to improve efficiency and execution quality
• Ensure smooth communication and implementation of retail marketing initiatives across stores
