Ihre Aufgaben

  • Zeitwirtschaft (Reporting, Pflege, Dokumentation)
  • Koordination Mehrarbeitsanträge, Home-Office-Regelungen
  • Sie betreuen Schnittstellen und koordinieren Benefits (wie JobRad und Fitnesszuschüsse), Fleet-Verwaltung, betriebliches Eingliederungsmanagement.
  • Allgemeines Office Management: Sie verwalten Zutrittsrechte, erstellen Bescheinigungen und assistieren bei internen Audits sowie Events
  • Sie unterstützen Onboarding- und Offboarding
  • Sie bereiten Meetings und Workshops vor und nach, erstellen Protokolle und Entscheidungsvorlagen.

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung: Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau) oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium.
  • Erfahrung: Erste Kenntnisse im Office Management, in der Assistenz oder einer vergleichbaren administrativen Rolle.
  • Know-how: Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) und ein sehr gutes Verständnis für administrative Abläufe.
  • Sprachen: Sie kommunizieren sicher in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort/Schrift).
  • Persönlichkeit: Sie agieren diskret, arbeiten strukturiert und behalten auch bei einer „Hands-on“-Mentalität stets den Servicegedanken im Blick.
