Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all offices, keeping meeting rooms, kitchens, reception areas, and other shared spaces organized, presentable, and well stocked.

  • Maintain office procedures, guides, vendor contacts, ordering processes, and emergency resources to support consistency across locations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, provide day-to-day administrative and document support, and assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in office management, office coordination, or a senior administrative role, including responsibility for multiple locations.
  • Experience managing purchasing, inventory, vendor relationships, and budgets, with accurate tracking of orders, stock levels, invoices, and expenses.
  • Experience coordinating employee travel and working with third-party suppliers and service providers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and comfort learning new systems and tools.
  • Experience sourcing and ordering branded merchandise or promotional products is preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, or native platform schedulers, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and experience supporting distributed teams in a technology, media, or high-growth environment are preferred.

Core Competencies
