Sobre esta vaga de Office Manager & Advertising Coordinator (Washington Fine Properties) na Compass
At Compass, our mission is to help everyone find their place in the world. Founded in 2012, we’re revolutionizing the real estate industry with our end-to-end platform that empowers residential real estate agents to deliver exceptional service to seller and buyer clients.
The preeminent residential real estate firm serving the Capital Region seeks a professional, organized, and polished full-time individual who can handle office administration, marketing, and advertising coordination responsibilities. This role features a diverse workload for an agile generalist who enjoys operating in different functional areas. All office managers boast broad areas of competence. We have a supportive team that regularly collaborates, and management that constantly seeks to empower your success.
Administrative duties include office management, assisting with various industry platforms, document review, and coordinating advertisement placements. We offer robust training with several months of ramp up, after which you will be expected to operate with minimal supervision and readily available managerial support. You must be able to learn new operating systems quickly, embrace evolving industry technology, and support real estate agents in adopting the same.
This role also includes occasional travel across our DC, Potomac MD, Arlington VA, and McLean VA offices to cover for other office managers when they are absent. We are a small and collaborative team, and covering various locations provides an opportunity to meet and develop broader relationships with our real estate professionals.
Marketing duties involve property marketing, social media, and coordinating both print and digital advertising. General creativity and an appreciation for the beauty of homes are the foundations for success with these responsibilities.
The most important skills for success in this role are strong communication skills, highly detailed organizational skills, computer and technological proficiency, along with time-management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and experience in the residential or commercial real estate industry is highly preferred. A notary public designation is a plus, but not required.
