RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving & Shipping
Alterations
Entering alteration instructions into the proprietary system
Communication with outside contractor tailors, delivering/picking up garments as needed
Checking in alteration tickets upon completion
Preparing alteration report for corporate office
Telephones/E-Mail/Mail
Answering incoming phone calls and relaying messages to appropriate Sales Professional
Checking store e-mail daily and forwarding information to relevant person(s)
Making same day bank deposits and running errands
Making follow-up calls to factories, customers, and corporate office
Performing other duties as assigned
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills
Ability to bend and lift 30 lbs.
Management of office supplies
Communicating with building management
Ability to put together office monthly reports
Assist with preparing for biannual trunk show events
Valid driver’s license is required
