We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded

OFFERING SPECIALIST

to strengthen our Offering Team at Metsä Tissue.

In this role, you will play a key part in developing and managing our regional product and service offering, ensuring that our portfolio is competitive, profitable, relevant for the market and ready to create value for our customers.

What do you get to do?

As an Offering Specialist, you will lead and develop the offering portfolio for a specific region and help execute our commercial strategy through strong product lifecycle management. You will work closely with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Production, HSEQ, Planning, Sourcing, Finance and Controlling to define clear value propositions, improve portfolio competitiveness and ensure that our products and services meet customer and market needs.

Your daily work will combine business ownership with hands-on execution: analysing product performance, competitiveness and profitability; maintaining accurate product master data; coordinating trials and samples with production; supporting certification needs and application processes; and building strong feedback loops with sales and marketing through regional development workshops and active local engagement.

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for an analytical, self-driven and responsible team player who enjoys turning complexity into clarity and ideas into concrete progress. You have the courage to take ownership, make decisions and move things forward — even when the path is not fully defined. You combine attention to detail with a holistic business perspective, and you are motivated by continuous improvement, commercial impact and sustainable growth. An entrepreneur-like mindset is essential in this role.

We value curiosity, initiative, resilience and the ability to spot opportunities, challenge current ways of working and build momentum together with others. You are confident working across functions, communicating with different stakeholders and balancing technical details with customer, market and profitability needs.

You have a Bachelor’s or University II. degree in technology, engineering, business or a related field, and at least three years of relevant experience. Experience in product management, offering development, project execution, commercial portfolio work, master data or supply chain-related roles is considered an advantage. You are fluent in English and the relevant local language, both spoken and written.
