Job Summary

This administrative assistant II in Nursing Administration is the person who handles the secretarial/clerical needs for the unit managers specified and assists with the clerical tasks of the specified areas. Job duties include but not limited to time and attendance, staffing, creating reports, typing meeting minutes and ordering supplies.

• Completes Payroll/Timecard Maintenance for 300+ employees in multiple departments

• Processes Mail

• Processes phone calls accurately using good etiquette and in a timely manner

• Creates reports/tracking sheets for unit managers as requested

• Performs specific job duties based on unit needs

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Experience in Symplr/API MyTime preferred
