Requirements

• Proven management experience within a nursery or early childhood education setting.

• Extensive background working with children, demonstrating a thorough understanding of childcare practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to childcare environments.
