Job Description
Hauptaufgaben:
Proaktive Betreuung/Pflege neuer Kunden im entsprechenden Verkaufsgebiet
Klinische Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Anwendung von Inkontinenzprodukten in Krankenhäusern
Aktive Vertriebsarbeit zur Steuerung von Produkttests, Evaluierungen und Pilotprojekten inklusive Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Vertragsabschlüssen
Durchführung von Produktschulungen, Workshops und Inhouse-Trainings für medizinisches Fachpersonal (Pflegekräfte, Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen)
Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) und relevanten Stakeholdern im Gesundheitswesen
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen, klinischen Argumentationen und Fallbeispielen
Teilnahme an Fachmessen, Kongressen und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen
Erhebung und Rückmeldung von Kundenfeedback zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Produkten und Services
Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Versorgungspfaden und der Integration von Produkten in klinische Abläufe
Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Marketing und Business Development
Überarbeitung, Aktualisierung und Erfassung von Informationen in unserem CRM-Tool salesforce.com, um die hierin geführten Daten akkurat und aktuell zu halten.
Verantwortung für die quantitativen und qualitativen Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresziele (Target und Jährliche Leistungsbeurteilung)
Benötigte Fähigkeiten & Kompetenzen:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Pflege oder vergleichbar
Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Klinik Umfeld oder vergleichbar
Erste Vertriebserfahrung in der Medizintechnik oder Pharmabranche (erforderlich)
Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Inkontinenzversorgung
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Kundenorientierung und sehr hohe Reisebereitschaft (4 Tage die Woche)
Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Präsentationsmedien
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Fähigkeit für ziel- und leistungsorientiertes Arbeiten
Selbständigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und Teamfähigkeit
Gute EDV Kenntnisse (MS-Office etc.)

Das jährliche Mindestbruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt 60.000 € (Vollzeitbasis). Abhängig von individuellen Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen bieten wir eine entsprechende zusätzliche Vergütung.
