At PRESNow 24/7 Urgent and Emergency Care, the Nurse Manager plays a vital leadership role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care across both emergency and urgent care settings. This position is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, supporting and developing nursing staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Responsibilities:
The Nurse Manager provides leadership and oversight for daily clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. This role is responsible for performance management, professional development, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement. The Nurse Manager collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to drive quality outcomes and foster a positive, patient-centered care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts for nursing staff.
- Manage team performance through coaching, goal setting, evaluations, and professional development.
- Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional patient care.
- Partner with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to achieve operational and patient experience goals.

Licensure:
*State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License required
Education
*Associate Degree
Academic Preparation:
*Degree from accredited academic nursing program
