Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and validate new business applications into internal systems.
• Monitor and process work queues to ensure daily and monthly service deadlines are met.
• Learn and become proficient in Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan application processing.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards through established performance metrics and reporting tools.
• Research and resolve application discrepancies and processing issues.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments.
• Document and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and peak season workload demands.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to meet deadlines and process information efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Reliable attendance and dependability during peak business periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous data entry, administrative support, insurance operations, or customer service experience.
• Experience working in a production-based or metrics-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Medicare products or health insurance application processing is a plus.

Work Environment

• Hybrid work arrangement based in Clearwater, Florida.
• Training will be conducted onsite.
• Remote work may be available during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) based on business needs and performance expectations.
