- Exercising sound judgment on the appropriate use of AI in a regulated environment, in accordance with firm data-handling, records-retention, and supervisory policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Know-Your-Customer, FinCEN and Broker-Dealer rules and regulations
- Prior experience working in the financial services industry, with a background in documentation, is preferred

- Adaptable and able to respond effectively to changing situations
- Skilled in reviewing and analyzing customer documentation and initiating appropriate follow-up actions
- AI-curious and proactive about adopting emerging tools, with a track record of using technology to improve process quality or turnaround time in a documentation- or control-oriented role

- Familiarity with Pershing NetX360, LSEG World-Check One, LexisNexis and DocuSign
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Two to four years of relevant experience in account onboarding, KYC/AML, client documentation, or a comparable operations or control function
- Must successfully pass a background check
