Their NetSuite-certified team works with organizations of all sizes, supporting everything from new implementations and system optimization to training, technical development, and ongoing client support.

With hundreds of successful projects, Black Forge Consulting takes a hands-on, client-focused approach to solving business and operational challenges through NetSuite and modern technologies. This role offers an opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants and gain exposure to a variety of NetSuite projects and client environments.

About the Role

We are seeking a NetSuite Associate to support our consulting team across NetSuite implementations, optimization projects, and ongoing client support. This is a great opportunity for someone who has some prior NetSuite or ERP experience and is looking to build hands-on expertise while working alongside experienced consultants across a variety of clients and projects.

You will have the opportunity to learn how NetSuite is configured and used to solve real business challenges while gradually taking on more responsibility across client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support NetSuite implementations, configurations, and enhancements
• Assist with data imports, saved searches, reports, and system testing
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and support day-to-day client requests
• Document requirements, configurations, processes, and testing results
• Participate in client meetings and assist with gathering business requirements
• Help translate business requirements into NetSuite configurations and solutions
• Work closely with senior consultants and project managers on project deliverables
• Support testing, documentation, training, and other implementation activities
• Learn NetSuite functionality and gradually take on additional project and client responsibilities

Qualifications

• Prior NetSuite or ERP experience
• Basic understanding of accounting and common business processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into practical solutions
• Eagerness to learn NetSuite and develop into a consulting role
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to ask questions and learn from experienced consultants

Location & Shift Timings

• Full-time remote role starting as soon as the right candidate is found.
