About the Role
We are seeking a proactive National & International Account Fleet Support Manager to manage strategic customer relationships at both corporate and site levels by ensuring service commitments, performance expectations, and customer outcomes are consistently achieved and, where possible, exceeded.
This role is responsible for the leadership, coaching, development, and performance of the Fleet Support Team as well as identifying growth opportunities, establishing and strengthening customer relationships, and driving revenue across Crown’s products and services portfolio.
Requirements
Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage key performance metrics and service outcomes for assigned National & International Accounts to determine monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance.
- Establish and maintain a relationship with all customers as the primary contact for all aftermarket support issues via all communication channels (in-person visits, email, phone).
- Lead and coordinate the Fleet Support Team activities across assigned accounts, ensuring resources are effectively deployed to meeting customer expectations and business objectives.
- Technically analyse fleet operating data, cost-per-hour metrics, asset utilisation, and maintenance trends to identify improvement opportunities and propose fleet management solutions.
- Conduct regular Fleet Business Reviews, operational assessments, and strategic planning sessions with customers. As well as prepare executive summaries, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for local, regional, and global management.
- Collaborate with other regional management, including Marketing, Aftermarket, Service and Parts, to develop customer-focused value-added service support programs and communication tools that position the Company as the preferred supplier.
