As a MuleSoft Integration - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving software and product innovation within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of digital integration and architecture, leveraging your skills to deliver impactful solutions that meet client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to navigate complex situations, build meaningful client relationships, and mentor junior team members. You will be responsible for analyzing intricate concepts and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, all while maintaining professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing integration solutions using MuleSoft to support client needs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and optimize enterprise application integration
- Utilizing API Management and Microservices to enhance system interoperability and performance
- Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software quality
- Applying Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software development processes
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
- Managing software project planning and execution to meet client objectives
- Debugging and troubleshooting software issues to validate seamless operation
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to enhance client service delivery
- Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on software engineering best practices

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

-MuleSoft 4.x, System, Process and Experience, API, RAML/OAS ,Anypoint Design Center, DataWeave

-Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in API Management and Enterprise Application Integration
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Excelling in Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Requirements Analysis
- Developing solutions using Java, Python, and JavaScript programming languages
- Navigating complex software development methodologies and application lifecycle management
- Building meaningful client connections through effective communication and client management skills
