As a Senior Associate in IT Infra/Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and availability for clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on designing and implementing robust, secure IT systems that support business operations, confirming the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams, developing deliverables within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and embrace increased ambiguity. Your role involves guiding and mentoring others, maintaining professional and technical standards, and using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems. You will have the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas.

Responsibilities

- Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support seamless operations and availability
- Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based systems to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud service delivery and performance optimization
- Designing and maintaining secure IT systems to support business operations and minimize downtime
- Utilizing Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms to enhance infrastructure performance
- Collaborating with teams to develop and execute cloud migration strategies
- Conducting technical consultations to provide insights on cloud infrastructure architecture design
- Overseeing cloud compliance and administration to align with organizational standards
- Leveraging tools like Dynatrace APM and Splunk for infrastructure management and performance monitoring
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and trends

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
