As a Mobile App Developer - Senior Manager, you will lead the development of innovative software solutions within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance. You will use your skills to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your influence, skills, and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Managing and guiding teams in designing, coding, and testing applications that deliver exceptional user experiences
- Utilizing technical skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ to create robust and scalable applications
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within software engineering projects
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, demonstrating composure and strategic questioning
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine software solutions
- Promoting continuous integration and delivery practices to streamline software development processes
- Overseeing the deployment of enterprise application architecture and integration solutions
- Coaching and motivating teams to embrace change and drive creativity in software development
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Proficiency in at least one mobile stack:iOS: Swift + SwiftUI/UIKit
Android: Kotlin (or Java) + Jetpack Compose
Cross-platform: React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript) or Flutter (Dart)
Solid grasp of mobile app architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture)
Understanding of the full mobile app lifecycle — build, test, release, app store submission

REST API integration and JSON handling
Local data persistence (SQLite, Realm, Core Data, Room, or equivalent)

Debugging and performance profiling tools (Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler, Flipper, etc.)Writing clean, maintainable, documented code

Working knowledge of platform design guidelines (Apple Human Interface Guidelines / Google Material Design)Responsive design across device sizes and OS versions
- Demonstrating advanced skills in mobile app development and software engineering
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
