Main Responsibilities
1. Collect and analyze market data and trends to assist in development of sales and marketing strategies.
2. Communicate with customers to answer customer's questions, provide information, and evaluate their needs.
3. Manage marketing content, including advertising materials, brochures and other promotional materials.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
5. Comply with the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policies, procedures, standards, and applicable legal requirements.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, Logistics, or related field.

2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, warehouse, freight forwarding, or multimodal transportation services.

3. Experience handling B2B customers is an advantage.

4. Basic understanding of warehouse operations, logistics flow, and multimodal transportation services.

5. Able to prepare quotations, proposals, and simple sales reports.

6. Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

7. Able to build and maintain good relationships with customers.

8. Target-oriented and result-driven.

9. Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented.

10. Willing to do field visits and customer meetings.
11. Basic understanding of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) principles.
