The Global HR Service & Operations Manager leads service integration, expansion, and operational transformation initiatives across the MGS HR service portfolio. Through June 2027, this role serves as the dedicated LATAM Integration Lead, responsible for transitioning local P&O operations into the MyP&O (HR) operating model while ensuring operational readiness, process standardization, governance compliance, and successful knowledge transfer. Following completion of the LATAM integration program, the role will continue leading service expansion, implementation, and operational transformation initiatives across the global service portfolio.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) or corporate integrations, service transitions, operating model transformations, or geographic expansion initiatives.
• Knowledge of LATAM HR operations, payroll and benefits integration touchpoints, and regional regulatory environments.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese preferred.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and shared services operating models.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and stand alone in decision-making and stakeholder management.

What will be your key responsibilities?

LATAM Integration Program Leadership (Permanent role with primary accountability through June 2027 for Phase 1, followed by ongoing leadership)

• Lead end-to-end integration of LATAM P&O operations into the MyP&O (HR) operating model.
• Drive process mapping, future-state design, standardization, and harmonization activities across LATAM markets.
• Partner with regional P&O(HR), Legal, Payroll, Technology, and Service Delivery teams to evaluate local requirements and define scalable solutions.
• Lead knowledge transfer, onboarding, readiness assessments, and transition activities supporting operational migration.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, stabilization, governance, controls, and audit readiness activities.
• Drive regional policy and process harmonization while balancing local compliance requirements and enterprise standards.

Service Integration & Expansion

• Lead implementation projects related to new services, countries, acquisitions, operating model changes, and functional transitions into Operations.
• Assess operational impacts, service demand, resource requirements, implementation costs, and scalability considerations.
• Manage the service intake process, including evaluation, prioritization, approval coordination, and operational impact assessments.
• Ensure service implementations align with governance requirements, operating model standards, and customer experience objectives.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and implementation deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across Operations, GXOs, GPOs, Digital, Knowledge Management, Associate Experience, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance reviews, stakeholder alignment, readiness assessments, issue resolution, and decision-making forums.
• Partner with leadership teams to evaluate business impacts, implementation approaches, and value realization opportunities.

Operational Readiness & Transition

• Coordinate readiness across people, process, technology, controls, communications, and knowledge management.
• Support deployment, stabilization, and transition of services into ongoing operational ownership.
• Ensure implementation activities meet quality, compliance, governance, and service performance expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation effectiveness, accelerate adoption, and enhance operational outcomes
