The Opportunity
We are looking for an early to mid‑career Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our team in the Netherlands. In this field-based role, you will act as a trusted scientific partner to healthcare professionals and key external experts, supporting high‑quality medical engagement and contributing to the execution of our medical strategy.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary scientific contact for healthcare professionals, payers, and external stakeholders
- Deliver engaging scientific presentations in clinical and educational settings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare organizations
- Support execution of the national medical strategy in collaboration with cross‑functional teams
- Lead and coordinate educational programs, scientific events, and advisory boards
- Attend key scientific conferences and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Provide internal medical training and ensure up-to-date scientific knowledge across teams
- Review materials to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance
- Contribute to medical value dossiers and clinical strategy development
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards
What You Bring
- A scientific degree (PhD or MD preferred)
- Early to mid‑career experience (approx. 3–5 years) in healthcare, pharma, or medical devices
- Experience in customer-facing healthcare roles (e.g., MSL, clinical specialist, medical advisor)
- Knowledge or strong interest in diabetes care
- Strong skills in scientific communication and data interpretation
- A collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- High level of integrity, autonomy, and accountability
- Fluency in Dutch and English (Mandatory)
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the Netherlands
